1. Please follow the steps below to turn off the device:
1. Turn off the switch of the nitrogen cylinder and the main valve of the oxygen cylinder (if there is another air compressor, turn off the power supply of the refrigeration dryer, the main power supply of the air compressor, and the main gas circuit switch), and press the manual blow to exhaust the gas in the pipeline Finish.
2. Start Bochu cutting software, click all back to origin. And use masking paper to seal the bottom of the nozzle to prevent dust from entering.
3. Turn off the laser power supply, chiller power supply, and equipment main power supply in turn.

2. Chiller protection measures
Please be sure to drain the cooling water of the laser and the chiller to prevent the cooling water from freezing and damaging the equipment during the shutdown state. Even the antifreeze should be drained clean, because most of the antifreeze contains corrosive components, and it is not recommended to store it in the equipment for a long time;

3. Drainage method of chiller
Remove the water pipe of the water inlet from the chiller, and then ventilate the water inlet (WATERIN) with compressed air until the residual water in the chiller is blown out.

Fourth, the laser drainage method
Remove the water pipe of the water inlet from the laser, and then ventilate the water inlet (WATERIN) with compressed air until the residual water in the water cooling pipe inside the laser is blown out from the water outlet. Then plug the water inlet and outlet with a water pipe (or rubber plug) to prevent dust from entering the water pipe.
